The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the complimentary champagne reception and use of the function room made our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms, although a bit outdated, were clean and comfortable. the breakfast service was exceptional with table service and flexible service times. One of the best aspects was the cozy and inviting bar, where we enjoyed a good atmosphere and the warmth of the open fire.
The rooms could use some updating, as they felt a bit old and worn. the curtains weren't hung properly and there was a constant tapping noise in the walls that was hard to ignore.
